The throat chakra, the fifth chakra, is all about speaking our truth. This chakra vibrates blue which stands for wisdom, loyalty and faith. This chakra relates to everything communication, this includes recognizing and sharing our ideas and feelings. As important as sharing our inner truth, it cannot be forgotten that active listening is also very key to maintaining a healthy flow in this chakra.

The throat chakra is found in the throat and neck (no surprise) and is related to the element of sound. The ability to speak honestly, express ourselves, and process information all aids in creating deep and intimate relationships with others and the Self.
