We all experience tension - sometimes more than others. Whether it's a feeling of emotional tension like stress, pressure, anxiety or physical tension like sore muscles and headaches - we've all been there at one point or another.

Emotional baggage, trauma, stress - we carry these things around like a piece of luggage.  It's only after we finally release some of the tension that we can notice how much unnecessary weight we were carrying.
